Rossi Hair Collection does not accept returns oe exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, lashes worn other beauty products once they have been shipped. if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rossihaircollection@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.
